Saudi Arabia, Djibouti inks MoUs in many areas including communication

Saudi Arabia and Djibouti have signed several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in many fields including animal resources and communication during the fifth meeting of the joint commission held this week.

Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistics Services Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser and Djibouti’s top diplomat Mahmoud Ali Youssouf signed the deals during a meeting of the business council of both countries, on the sidelines of the Commission’s fifth meeting.
The deals also touch on logistical services and information exchange between the two press agencies.

During the meeting, the two allies also discussed several topics of common interest, including fraternal relations and joint cooperation as well as ways and means of strengthening trade and economic exchanges between the two countries.

The two countries also contemplated ways to diversify their respective economies. The kingdom is bent on reducing its dependence on oil revenues and is striving to up its non-oil-based exports.
