The agreement reached between the United States and Iran is of particular importance for consolidating the ceasefire and ensuring the sustainable freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
In this regard, Morocco calls for the prompt implementation and full respect of the agreement and thanks all mediators for their efforts to facilitate progress, the Ministry stated.
Morocco also hopes that this agreement will contribute, in accordance with international law, to resolving other outstanding issues, the statement said.
