Côte d’Ivoire Intensifies Digital Overhaul of Judicial System

Côte d’Ivoire will accelerate the digital transformation of its judicial Administration, Justice Minister Jean Sansan Kambile announced on Wednesday, April 1. Addressing stakeholders in the Justice sector, the minister pointed to progress made under the e-Justice programme, designed to enhance efficiency, transparency and access to legal services.

The initiative forms part of wider efforts to modernise the judiciary, with a stronger emphasis on results-based management to improve public service delivery. Kambile noted that ongoing judicial reforms are aligned with the country’s broader development agenda and aimed at reinforcing social stability.
