Morocco’s King congratulates RS Berkane for clinching their third CAF Confederation Cup title

King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to RS Berkane for clinching their third CAF Confederation Cup title.

RS Berkane snatched the cup 0in Zanzibar on Sunday, they held SIMBA SC to a 1-1 draw in the second leg of the final, following their win in the first leg 2-0.

In his message of congratulations, the King expressed his warm congratulations to the club’s members on their victory in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup for the 2024-2025 season and lauded their professionalism, sportsmanship, and high competitiveness.

“We congratulate you with pride on this African title, the third of its kind for your brilliant club. You have once again affirmed that your team stands as an example of professionalism, sportsmanship and high competitiveness, a team keen to keep up with the continental achievements of our elite clubs and contribute to the ongoing outreach of Moroccan football, both continentally and internationally,” the Monarch stated.

King Mohammed VI lauded the patriotic spirit of RSB club members, their commendable sporting feats and their efforts to honor the national colors, and extended them his wishes for continued success in their football careers, with the hope of seeing them claim even more titles, while assuring them of his high solicitude and benevolence.
