King Mohammed VI has sent a message of solidarity to King Abdullah II of Jordan following a series of Iranian attacks targeting the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom, the Royal Office, which released the full text of the message, said.
“I have followed with great concern and indignation reports of the reprehensible Iranian missile attacks targeting the territory of the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as part of Iran’s continued hostile policy toward your brotherly country and the Arab Gulf states,” King Mohammed VI said.
In light of this dangerous development, the Monarch expressed his “strong condemnation and firm rejection of this unjustified criminal aggression, which seeks to undermine the stability of your country and threaten the security and safety of the valiant Jordanian people.”
King Mohammed VI further reaffirmed Morocco’s full solidarity with the brotherly Kingdom of Jordan, as well as its unwavering and unconditional support for all measures taken by the Jordanian authorities to safeguard Jordan’s security and stability and protect the safety of its citizens and stressed that Jordan’s security is inseparable from Morocco’s national security.
The Moroccan Monarch said he is confident that Jordan, under the leadership of King Abdellah, will overcome the repercussions of these heinous and reprehensible attacks, thanks to their renowned determination, solidarity and courage.
