Mozambique’s President Chapo in Rwanda to Deepen Bilateral Cooperation

Mozambican President Daniel Chapo began a two-day working visit to Rwanda on Wednesday at the invitation of President Paul Kagame. He is accompanied by senior Government officials, including the ministers of Defence, Foreign affairs, Finance, Planning and Development, and Civil affairs, as well as advisers from the Presidency and other State institutions.
The visit will feature official talks between the two Heads of State aimed at strengthening friendly relations and expanding cooperation across priority sectors. A consultation meeting on bilateral cooperation is also being held in Kigali, reflecting both countries’ commitment to advancing strategic ties in defence, development, and other areas of mutual interest.
