President Bola Tinubu left Lagos on Sunday, December 28, for Europe as part of his year-end break and in preparation for an official visit to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The trip, confirmed by Presidential Spokesperson Bayo Onanuga, will see Tinubu participate in the 2026 edition of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW 2026) Summit.
Scheduled for early January, the summit serves as a global platform bringing together leaders from government, business, and civil society to discuss sustainable development. This year’s theme, “The Nexus of Next: All Systems Go,” emphasises linking ambition with action across innovation, finance, and human capital. President Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria following the conclusion of the summit.
