KSA: Arab League Summit Kicks Off in Presence of Prince Moulay Rachid Representing King Mohammed VI

Prince Moulay Rachid is representing King Mohammed VI at the 32nd Arab League summit, which is taking place today in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The summit, hosted in Saudi Arabia, brings together leaders from the Arab League’s 22 member countries to engage in dialogue on regional issues and international developments of mutual concern.

Upon his arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, the Moroccan prince was welcomed by Prince Bandar bin Sultan.

Prince Moulay Rachid was also greeted by Morocco’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Nasser Bourita, as well as the Moroccan ambassador in Saudi Arabia, Mustapha Mansouri.

In preparation for the summit, foreign ministers from Morocco, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Jordan held a preparatory meeting in Jeddah on Thursday, where they exchanged perspectives on issues of common interest such as regional and relevant international development.

The summit in Jeddah is set to focus on different regional challenges, particularly the Palestinian cause amid Israeli aggression and violent raids.

The ongoing armed conflict in Sudan is also set to be a main area of discussion among the member countries.
