Morocco expresses condolences to Algeria following wildfire-caused deaths

Morocco on Tuesday offered condolences to the victims of Algeria’s wildfires that have left many dead and injured.

This came in a statement by Morocco’s foreign ministry which is in line with the country’s stand in favor of an integrated Maghreb, where brotherliness and solidarity prevail.

Morocco is following with deep sorrow and regret the wildfires that have broken out in certain regions of Algeria, reads the statement, adding, “on this painful occasion, the Kingdom of Morocco expresses heartfelt condolences after the human losses due to the fires and wishes prompt recovery to the injured.”
