Cameroon: the Moroccan group “Alliances” will build eight hospitals and eight hundred social houses

Le-groupe-AlliancesAlliances Group consolidates its presence in Africa. It has just signed an agreement with the Republic of Cameroon and Bank Atlantic of Cameroon. The contract will cover the design, the construction and the purchase of the equipment of 8 hospitals and 800 social housing units in eight districts in Cameroon.

The project will also include the establishment of several infrastructures, schools, supermarkets, offices, shops …, but also the rehabilitation and equipping of technical platforms of general hospitals in Yaoundé and Douala and the Yaoundé Teaching Hospital. The total amount of the project is DH 3.2 billion fully funded by the Cameroon Atlantic Bank Group on behalf of the       republic of Cameroon.

The Presidential decree authorizes the Minister of Economy Finance and to borrow CFA 925 billion francs to finance the project and for the construction of 1,000 housing units in 10 regions of the country.

Alliances group is planning to build 14,000 housing units in Côte d’Ivoire and other Africans countries.
