Ethiopia’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed to Brief Parliament on Government Performance

On 2 February 2026, the House of Peoples’ Representatives in Addis Ababa announced that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed will formally address the legislative chamber on 3 February 2026 to respond to questions from members of Parliament.

The session is part of the 10th regular meeting of the Sixth House in its fifth year of tenure and will focus on the Federal government’s performance report for the first half of the 2018 Ethiopian fiscal year.
