An official has reaffirmed the United Nations Development Programme’s commitment to supporting Ethiopia through technical expertise and seed funding, while calling on development partners to deepen engagement through co-financing, technical collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
At the Conference on Wednesday, April 15, he underscored that modern diplomacy now transcends traditional state-to-state relations, positioning itself as a strategic instrument for peacebuilding, economic integration, trade and investment, climate cooperation, and regional stability.
Emphasising the pathway to sustainable growth, he noted that strengthening institutional frameworks and enhancing human capital remain critical for Ethiopia to effectively advance its development priorities and broader prosperity agenda.
