The German company Hellofood is continuing its expansion in Morocco in 2015 as announced last year. The start-up which was specializing in the delivery wants to expand to other cities such as Tangier. This is for the company to strengthen its leading position in this segment, says Maria El Fassi, head of Hellofood Morocco.
To achieve this, the company can contact big restaurants to ensure delivery of their meals, or offer its services to restaurants that have not available equipment to ensure effective delivery. To achieve this target Hellofood takes many advantages that explain its success, including its application available on three platforms (Windows, Apple, and Android).
“Today, a customer can use two Hellofood applications.” Says Maria El Fassi. In addition, thanks to the data it collects, the company can produce statistics relating to the preferences of local customers.
In Morocco, these advantages have already convinced 170 restaurants while at global level, 35,000 stores distributed in forty countries, are using the company’s services.
