Moroccan NGO Tibu Africa elected best NGO in North Africa in Johannesburg

Tibu Africa, a Moroccan NGO working in the field of youth empowerment and socio-economic inclusion through sport in the Kingdom and in Africa, was elected, in Johannesburg, best NGO in North Africa by the organization Leading like Mandela and Sport for Social Change network.

The Best NGO Award was presented to the president of Tibu Africa, Mohamed Amine Zariat, during a ceremony held Thursday at SABC Radio Park in Johannesburg, in the presence of Allan Williams, director of the Sport for Social Change Network (SSCN) and members of the family of former South African President Nelson Mandela Madiba.

The Sport for Social Change Network officially launched the first SSCN Africa Awards under the theme “Leading like Mandela”, to honor, through the presentation of various awards, the many heroes and social actors across the continent who are supporting and encouraging young people to unleash their potential through the power of sport.
