I often speak with Zelensky…I am the second African head of state after President Macky Sall, the current chairman of the African Union, to go to Russia. I am going not as president of Guinea-Bissau, but as current president of ECOWAS, to explain to Putin that it is important to talk about peace because the world is very troubled,’’ President Embalo said.
